General enquiries for which you can find the information on our website or that are stated in our TERMS & CONDITIONS may not be responded to.

If you missed your session please contact us within 24 hours of the session end time. Refunds are at the sole discretion of management and cannot be processed if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours.

For rescheduled or cancelled sessions you must apply for a refund within 7 days. We are unable to process any refunds after 9 January 2023.

It is not possible to get a refund if your ticket has been scanned.
