What is different about Kids Wonderland compared to other similar events?

We have the best range of carnival rides, amazing displays, interactive attractions and something for all age groups at a low price. Our carefully selected attractions list is a year in the making and we go above and beyond to bring you something new, fresh and exciting each year.

We give back to our chosen children’s charities, in fact over $55,000 has been raised through Kids Wonderland since 2014.

We love what we do and can’t wait to show you what we have in store for Kids Wonderland 2018!

Is the venue undercover?

The venue is under a giant circus big top, measuring over 100 metres long (in fact, it is Western Australia’s largest big top). The majority of the carnival rides and all of the exhibits and activities are undercover. The only ride that is located outside of the tent is the Dream Swinger, due to it’s large size.

The event will go ahead rain, hail or shine!

Will I need to bring cash with me on the day?

Most of the entertainment and activities at Kids Wonderland is included in your ticket price, however there are optional paying extras available on the day including additional Sideshow Games, Showbags, Food and Beverages.

An ATM Is located on site, however it is recommended to bring cash to the event, in order to avoid queues.

Can I ride with my child?

Not all rides are suitable for adults. Most of the rides are designed for children aged between 2 and 12 years old and there are height restrictions in place. Please check which rides are suitable for adults by viewing each ride on our 2018 Lineup Page by clicking here.

Will there be queues for the rides?

We anticipate the wait time for most rides to be minimal in comparison to other similar events. Extra staffing has been provided to ensure smooth operation and queue barriers are in place to manage the lines.

What times are the stage shows?

The times of the stage shows can be found posted near the Kids Wonderland Stage at the event. Our 2018 Stage Shows include Zap-O-nauts Live, The Sisters of Arendelle and Wacky Magic & Mad Science!

Can prams be brought into the event?

Pushers/Prams/Strollers are allowed into the event, however must be registered when buying your ticket.

We ask that you be mindful & respectful when wheeling your pusher around the venue to avoid bumping into other patrons.

We have designated “Pram Zones” to park your pram so the walkways are clear when you are waiting for your child on a ride. Abiding by these rules will create a better traffic flow around the venue and a more pleasant experience for all our guests.

What food and beverages will be available?

Kids Wonderland has a range of food and beverages available including sandwiches, hot food, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

Our Food & Beverage is provided by The Wooden Box Cart, JD’s Cafe and Stitches Coffee Bar.

We also have Fairy Floss and Popcorn stands at the event.

Unfortunately no food items are allowed to be brought into the event, only bottled water.

My child is under 2 years old, do I still need to purchase them a ticket?

Children under 2 are free WITH a full paying child and an accompanying full paying adult, however they do not receive the Kids Wonderland Free Popcorn or Sideshow Game Pass.

(Please note that this event is tailored to children 2-12 years old).

No rides or activities are suitable for children under 2.

Are companion cards accepted?

Kids Wonderland accepts companion cards for carers to gain free entry (for the carer only). The card must be shown to the gate staff to claim free entry.

Your companion is still required to purchase a ticket and pay the normal entry price.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We highly recommend pre-purchasing your tickets online now to secure your preferred date and session time as each session has only a limited amount of tickets available.

Door sales will be available on the day, but only for sessions that have not sold out. Door sales will be strictly limited, we can not guarantee availability.

Door sale prices are at a higher rate than the online prices:
Adults (14+) $25 including booking fee
